Warranty & Repairs
Fjallraven clothing and gear is built to last and be passed down from generation to generation. All Fjallraven products purchased in North America are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our option. Repairs due to accident, improper care, or negligence will be performed at a reasonable charge. Garments returned for warranty inspection must be clean.
For repairs and warranty issues, please call Customer Service at +1.347.560.3525 for an authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. We are sorry that products delivered without a RA will be refused.
Returns
Since the clothing or gear you are buying will last a good long time we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If at the time of the purchase you feel our products do not meet your expectations, you may return them for up to 30 days from order date. Please fill out the return form that came in your package and ship the product and form to:

If you cannot find your return form, please email us at customerservice@fjallraven-usa.com. We will reply with the information required to process your return.
Be sure to ship your return package with a carrier that can provide you with tracking and insurance. Once your return is received and processed, we will credit the card originally used.
