Expedition Down Jacket
$699.00
The Expedition Down Jacket was designed based on the idea that two jackets sewn together are warmer than one. The space between the two layers trap warm air, making the jacket extremely warm. Tested by a group of Swedes on a Himalayan expedition in 1973 the jacket was ready for sale to the public in 1974. The original design made the Swedish Supreme Court rule copyright protection and the jacket is now classified a work of art.
Like its name, this jacket was first intended to be worn on top of polar expedition equipment (backpacks, icepicks etc.) Therefore, you should wear two sizes smaller than your regular size.
